I definitely have had issues with the maintenance department in the last year, so having this current experience in 2024 was refreshing. The staff knew I had an appointment, they got me checked in, and the wait was short for the maintenance to be completed. Hopefully this is an ongoing trend with them in 2024. Communication WITH the service dept is excellent. Trying to get someone to answer the phone is an entirely different story.
