We were told that we would get a loaner car then told us if they didn’t have one that we would get one from enterprise. Never were we told that we had to paid for it. Then we were told a lot of things that had to be replaced that was replaced two months before. Then was told that the engine mount had to be replaced and got an estimate for 2,000.00. When we left took it to another dealership and was told they were ok and still had life on them.
James took extraordinary care of my truck and me. Explained all the services, helped me process, and even got me a ride home when the service took longer than a day.

Service Advisor Felipe was incredibly helpful - was able to get me in and out for regular maintenance + ordered a part (which arrived the following day) and had it replaced in the car very quickly. Encountered a small programming issue with tailgate, but he didn't hesitate at all to take in the car and get it quickly taken care of. Great service and they value craftmanship. 10/10!

The absolute worst experience ever . Never take your car to them. James Rushing will lie and cheat and then ask you not to fill out any reviews. They lie on paperwork perform half done work. This place is an absolute nightmare!!!!!!

Deceived me into thinking I had to purchase a dealer package. Purchased a used vehicle in March and in less than 4 months the check engine light came on. Service department has no loaners to give and can’t tell me how long it will take to fix. Manager is now avoiding me and won’t return my calls.

They did bump up the price from what it was advertised and we did not catch it so I guess that is as much our fault as it is theirs. When trying to get hold of your service advisor it’s hard to get them to return your call after leaving a message or voicemail for them to return your call. Have to keep calling back several times for someone to answer your call.

Worst experience ever, the service department is nothing but lying lazy individuals. I will never do business with this dealership again, if you have to buy a GM product which I highly recommend avoiding. You should defiantly find a dealer other that Ron Carter in Alvin Texas. Not only will they lie to you they never return calls and refuse to help the customer. They have ZERO concern for customer safety or concerns.
My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 had several safety recalls, I had only received 1 from GM. The Ron Carter Chevrolet GMC Service center discovered and took care of the rest. They also reminded me that my brake fluid was due for a change at 30K miles. They took care of that as well.

I had to wait hours to get the vehicle after ai had signed the contract. I was given a key fob to vehicle that doesn't work and service department claimed they couldn't program it. Nothing was done to see if they could get it programmed through outside source. The headlight was out and I had to bring it back the next day to get replaced. parts department needs work When you won't pick up parts locally you lose customers You cannot keep customers car for days or weeks and expect them to return
Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable, vehicle service was completed timely, one recommendation is to update the service customer waiting area chairs our outdated, they are worn-out and need to be replaced.
