Charity can be any non-political charitable organization with a qualifying IRS 501c3 designation.
Teachers must present a valid teaching license at the time of donation receipt.
First responders must provide verification for first responder status.
The monthly outreach program will operate as follows:
Must be an eligible teacher/first responder/charity local to the Alvin area.
Nominations for the teacher/first responder/charity will open on the 1st of the month and closed on the 15th of each month.
On the 16th through the end of the month each member in the Alvin community will be able to vote for their favorite teacher/first responder/charity once per day through the month’s end.
Each teacher/first responder/charity is limited to 1 donation per calendar year.
Ron Carter will retain the right to ‘approve’ or ‘disapprove’ any charity / individual based on eligibility requirements.
Winners will be announced on or around the 1st of the month following the tally of voting.
Winners will be announced via Facebook of which they will have 72 hours to visit Ron Carter and claim their prize. If a winner is unable to claim their prize within the time frame then the participant with 2nd largest number of votes will be contacted.
Winners are required to collect their winnings in store.
Winners will be required to sign a talent release form so that their photo can be used across social media, TV, and other promotional advertising.
