They did bump up the price from what it was advertised and we did not catch it so I guess that is as much our fault as it is theirs. Need better communication. It's so hard to get ahold of representative for an update. Seems like there is alot of turnover and have to deal with someone different everytime.

When trying to get hold of your service advisor it’s hard to get them to return your call after leaving a message or voicemail for them to return your call. Have to keep calling back several times for someone to answer your call.

Worst experience ever, the service department is nothing but lying lazy individuals. I will never do business with this dealership again, if you have to buy a GM product which I highly recommend avoiding. You should defiantly find a dealer other that Ron Carter in Alvin Texas. Not only will they lie to you they never return calls and refuse to help the customer. They have ZERO concern for customer safety or concerns.

My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 had several safety recalls, I had only received 1 from GM. The Ron Carter Chevrolet GMC Service center discovered and took care of the rest. They also reminded me that my brake fluid was due for a change at 30K miles. They took care of that as well.

Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable, vehicle service was completed timely, one recommendation is to update the service customer waiting area chairs our outdated, they are worn-out and need to be replaced.

I brought my truck in 3 weeks ago to fix a rear view camera and they said they need order a part to fix and call me back when it came in. They also said that about a tailgate recall I hade about two months ago. Still no call backs in either.

Lacking customer service. Once the purchase has been made, hopefully you'll never need to take it in for repairs under warranty because you're likely going to be on your own. No loaners are ever available and only get partial reimbursement for rentals. Will never purchase from this dealership and GM in the future.

The guy that checked me in was great. I brought my Yukon in for 3 issues. A recall, adisplay issue where the checking guy clearly saw the discrepancy between the radio and the dashboard, and was very familar with my side mirror issue.
The car was returned with notations that they could not reproduce the issues. Today I started and stopped my car about 11 times. Each time I was required to select the side mirror, but their technician could not reproduce the problem. Now I have to spend the time to reschedule another service call. Seems to be a lack of ... Salesman and manager were great! Paperwork getting to me from finance person not so great. Seemed unorganized and I had to request my paperwork on the vehicle I purchased and did not get all of it until two weeks later.

This dealership has easy access. We were greeted at the door and guided to our salesman. Leo was a pleasure to deal with and even checks on how the vehicle is performing for us after the sale.

They salesperson when I'm beyond her way of helping us. She had an idea what we wanted and when we came in she had a surprise and gave me the best car ever.

The first time I picked up my vehicle it wasn’t ready so I had to leave it again for another four weeks before I was given a loaner for them to actually get my card that they needed. I was finally able to pick up my vehicle After eight weeks. Besides that thus far a week later has been OK.
