well my husband got locked into the parking lot after the deal. went to the manager the next day he said he's send us a certificate for a free oil change as an apology. never got that certificate. we didn't like the experience so much we sold the car 10 days after buying it.

I've been dismissed for this issue by Gulf Coast dealership in Angelton 3 times! Ron Carter in Alvin, cared, listened, and fixed it in one visit! Even though we didn't end up needing it, Mr. Rushing offered a rental car. I was genuinely impressed and very pleased with the service I received!!!
They are neglectful poor appointment scheduling, no communication, fight with me over their findings verses obvious problems. Brakes, transmissions are faulty and they don't seem to take my safety serious.

Ron Carter is great on their service. James Rushing keeps me informed on what's going on if they find a problem.
They were friendly, and gave me the impression that repairing my issues were important. Scheduling was easy and communication was great. Follow up call on how the truck was doing really was nice on their part. Overall very satisfied.
I have purchased several vehicles from there with Eric being the salesperson and I have always felt like he took care of me.
Checked me in quickly. Listened to my Issues and also offered to get me home when things went long. Kept me informed and ordered needed parts.

Went for an oil changed and tried to be charged almost $100 for an oil change Then the display says $60 for 6 quart oils change but still manage to be charged more than what is on display why does the display say a price and tried to double charge me And then tried to use a coupon Still manage to pay $68 but even used $8 in rewards When my coupon was $55 Why up charge me and post a price on the display

Strike 1: didn't listen to me when I said I wanted to use my bank. I even sent my pre-approval letter. I said it multiple times and when I went to sit down with Santiago he was giving me numbers for a completely different bank. Service was great once I finally received service. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 and sat for 2 hours before work was even started on my truck. One of the service technicians finally came out and apologized for the wait stating they were putting other cars before mine even though I had an appointment scheduled.
My car needed to be serviced due to a reoccurring popping noise. I called Felipe and he got me in asap. The mechanic had received a bulletin about the issue. Felipe and the mechanic had the truck ready. Felipe was able to shuttle me and provided excellent customer service. From the first time I came in for an oil change he has been personable, listens to the customers needs and up front and honest. He is a great asset to the team.
They didn't have the parts unfortunately. Chad was awesome though he was honest and told me everything.
